"I started off attending Ed's boot camp classes about 1.5 years ago (there's plenty to choose from during the week plus Saturday mornings in Randwick Woods at 09:30... come rain or shine!!! Always a superb workout.)

Before boot camp, I thought I was reasonably fit as I'm a keen runner and play lots of other sports. However that first boot camp taught me otherwise. Instead of letting that put me off, it had the complete opposite effect - for two reasons:
1) Ed knows how to encourage, support and challenge every person as an individual. You always know that he will get the very best out of you.
2) The atmosphere in all Ed's classes is excellent. There is a great bunch of people. It's varied and enjoyable... you know you're getting the best workout possible.... and everyone suffers together ;-)
Since starting boot camp, I've gone on to do more and more classes (such as circuits) as my fitness and strength increases. Feeling good is addictive!

Last year, my wife bought me a block of 5 PT sessions with Ed (yeah I know... she was clearly telling me something!). At first, I was dubious, but I gave it a go and have continued doing PT ever since. I can honestly say that I have never felt better. I used to have minor niggles with my lower back, which I simply accepted before. As a result of doing Ed's classes and PT, my back issues are definitely a thing of the past and I'm stronger and fitter than ever. What's not to like.

If you are thinking about working with Ed, but aren't yet sure... my advice is just 'EMPower' yourself and go for it!"
